How to activate\u00a0DJI Care Refresh<\/h3>\n

1. Aktiviz\u0113jiet kodu:\u00a0https:\/\/support.dji.com\/care\/active<\/a>.
2. During the activation process you need to enter the Care Refresh code, the serial number of your device (located directly on the product) and the data of the person activating the Package (name and e-mail address).
3. DJI Care Refresh will be activated and automatically assigned to the appropriate region. You will receive confirmation of DJI Care Refresh activation via email. Your equipment is now safe!<\/p>\n

When an accident happens<\/h3>\n

1. The user reports the fault and sends the equipment to DJI’s German service center with a note that it has DJI Care Refresh.
2. The user receives a repair quote and, based on that, decides whether to have the repair\/replacement done for a fee or through DJI Care Refresh.
3. When you select DJI Care Refresh, you pay the replacement fee and receive another copy.
4. Replacement product is shipped to you on priority with free shipping.<\/p>\n

1) Missing or partially missing product.
2) Stolen or abandoned product.
